«Left outside alone» es una canción incluida en el álbum «Anastacia» de la cantante y compositora estadounidense «Anastacia» (nombre completo Anastacia Lyn Newkirk) que salió a la luz durante 2004. Tiene un peculiar timbre vocal que la ha hecho internacionalmente conocida.

Es la canción con más éxito de la cantante americana. En 2003, tras superar un cáncer de mama, Anastacia volvía a la carga con su nuevo single Left Outside Alone. Fue número 1 muchas veces en distintos países, y tuvo una gran aceptación entre el público.

Hay dos versiones diferentes del vídeo. En el videoclip se muestra a una Anastacia totalmente recuperada del cáncer de pecho, y feliz, de haberlo superado. Dos años más tarde, la cantante sacó un nuevo vídeo (incluido en un nuevo álbum) de esta canción para los Estados Unidos, donde se muestra aún más fuerte, más sexy, y resumiendo, más Anastacia.
